In reality a diet of food is something that should not be taken as a habit, but as something casual, and that a balanced diet should be composed of a variety of foods. Thus, we have a grapefruit diet composed as follows. at breakfast, you can combine the usual coffee with half a grapefruit. You can also drink tea without sugar. At lunchtime you can take advantage of the remaining grapefruit half in the morning and adding it to two hard boiled eggs.
