Anti-cholesterol diet

anti cholesterol dietHigh cholesterol is considered a risk factor for cardiovascular and neurological diseases. You can fight with medication and diet. Here’s a diet that helps lower bad cholesterol and lose weight.

Breakfast and lunch

Alternative 1:
A glass of skim milk can be decaffeinated coffee, tea or other infusion like mate latte.
Two whole-wheat toast spread with light cream cheese or jam diet.

Alternative 2:
fresh fruit juice (preferably grape)
Fresh fruits
A yogurt or light

Alternative 3:
Decaffeinated coffee
A yogurt with cereal (not recommended for people with high triglycerides)

Lunch
Alternative 1:
Vegetable soup
Lean beef with lettuce, tomato and onion, or use a combination of vegetables to your taste.

Alternative 2:
Mashed potatoes.
Fish with carrots, or squash.

Alternative 3:
Lentils prepared with pimento and carrot
Chicken cooked with pimento and tomato
A low-fat yogurt

Alternative 4:
Vegetable soup
Grilled Fish

Alternative 5:
Eggplant to taste
Fish fillet to your liking

Alternative 6:
Spaghetti comprehensive, or other tomato sauce, do not add cheese to grate.
Turkey breast fillet, grilled, with tomato and radicheta, or spinach.

Alternative 7:
Salad with peppers, tomato and onion
Hake or other fish baked or grilled

Alternative 8:
Vegetable soup
Breaded lean cut, baked, or fried with little oil and is preferably olive or canola oil.
A low-fat yogurt

Dinner

Alternative 1:
Tomato stuffed with tuna natural
Fish with tomato

Alternative 2:
Boiled spinach.
Soufle pumpkin (pumpkin ride, 2 beaten egg whites and baked), salad of lettuce and tomato.

Alternative 3:
Vegetable soup
Chicken with mashed potatoes (potatoes)

Alternative 4:
Asparagus to taste
Brown rice with seafood

Alternative 5:
Chard tart
Fish with onion

Alternative 6:
Beans (green beans, peas), boiled potatoes
A small portion of pasta, or 2 slices of pizza without cheese.
Tea

Alternative 7:
boiled corn
Chicken salad

Alternative 8:
Asparagus, boiled, or sautéed.
Fish cooked to your liking
